Hydraulic Analog of a Two-Compartment Drug Concentration Model
Based on deterministic equations, this simulation of a hydraulic analog of a two compartment pharmacokinetic model facilitates visualization of the response to a bolus injection, infusion and oral administration.
A one-compartment model may be created by setting the K12 value to zero. This removes the second compartment.
A zero-order system may be created by setting Max el. This represents a maximum elimination rate that the clearance may not exceed.
