To promote patient safety and equitable access to learning, the VAM web site provides its >33,000 registered users worldwide 24/7 access without charge to high quality, regularly updated educational simulations disseminated via the web.

Industry sponsorship and donations from foundations and individuals, crucial revenue sources for the philanthropic component of the VAM web site, are not at a level where they can fully fund the VAM team payroll. We are asking you to help reduce the shortfall so that the VAM project can remain financially solvent. Also, many worthwhile projects that we have the technological capability to implement remain just ideas at the moment because of lack of manpower and funds.
