The Virtual Anesthesia Machine (VAM) simulation and other materials on the VAM web site such as the APSF anesthesia machine workbook are FREE TO USE; they are NOT FREE TO COPY onto hard disks, CDs or any other storage media. The VAM simulation is a free, Web-based, interactive educational resource for the global anesthesia community (human and veterinary). The Department of Anesthesiology at the Evelyn F. and William L. McKnight Brain Institute of the University of Florida has developed the VAM web site and its educational content and maintains it.
